You will plan and execute digital strategies, manage e-commerce operations, and engage with customers through innovative campaigns. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing related to beauty products and a relevant bachelor's degree. This role calls for creativity, analytics skills, and proficiency with platforms like Shopee and TikTok.
Develop and grow the company’s new brand in the personal care product category.
Plan, execute, and evaluate digital marketing strategies to drive growth across e-commerce platforms and increase brand engagement.
Monitor current digital, social media, technology, and e-commerce trends.
Strategize and manage end-to-end digital campaigns and e-commerce platforms.
Oversee sales activities and promotional campaigns on e-commerce platforms, including official store operations, monthly campaigns, vouchers, and traffic ads.
Identify trends and customer insights to optimize spending and campaign performance.
Manage Key Opinion Leader (KOL)/Influencer collaborations, from selection and negotiation to performance review.
Host live sessions on social media or e-commerce platforms to boost engagement and sales.
Build and maintain community relationships to strengthen brand presence.
Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, specifically in the beauty or personal care industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing social media and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop).
Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making approach.
Experience in planning and managing digital marketing budgets.
