Job description

Installation, uninstallation, and modification of software or patches.

Perform scrutinizing monthly compliance reports (if provided by the customer) to formulate action plans for mitigation and resolution.

Perform server OS patching, including remediation and rollback for bad patches or patching for critical severity Common Vulnerability and Exposure (CVE).

Perform server and hardware firmware upgrades.

Isolate and troubleshoot incidents.

Open service requests on behalf of the customer.

Participate in root cause analysis reviews.

Provide professional services to scrutinize monthly logs reports and flag issues and anomalies with justifications for authority investigation if required.

Core Skills Required :

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Others), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, or equivalent.

Hands-on experience with IT Operations (OS upgrade, patching, HW/SW lifecycle management).

Experience with NVIDIA Base Command Manager for GPU cluster management.

Experience using Kubernetes and NVIDIA GPU Operator.

Experience with NVIDIA AI Enterprise.

At least 3 years of working experience as a System Engineer.
