Job Responsibilities:

• Lead overall factory operations including the Production Department.
• Develop and implement factory policies and procedures.
• Oversee the entire process of new factory construction, from planning to execution.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with all departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Align HR strategies with business objectives in coordination with top management.
• Ensure safety and health compliance is aligned with business goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing end-to-end new factory construction and setup within the manufacturing industry.
  
• Previous experience working in a Chinese manufacturing company is a strong advantage.
  
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian government regulations related to manufacturing and labor.
  
• Minimum education: Diploma or Bachelors Degree.
  
• Familiarity with the Bekasi regional area is preferred.
  
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role.
  
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
  
• Must hold a valid car driving license (SIM A).
