Job summary

A growing hotel management company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a professional to analyze financial and operational performance, ensuring efficiency and effective cost control. Candidates should have 2–3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, strong skills in Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI. Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required. This role is not suitable for fresh graduates, and candidates should preferably be available to join immediately.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in hospitality or hotel management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with solid data analysis skills.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Data Studio is a strong advantage.
• Experience in data analytics using AI tools is highly preferred.
• Mandarin proficiency (minimum intermediate) and English are mandatory.
• Not open for fresh graduates or internship candidates.
• Preferably with a notice period below 30 days or available to join immediately.
