With over 3,400 employees globally, they support around 12,000 partner customers, operate physically in about 50 countries, with capability to service about 180 countries via their distribution and services network. In Indonesia specifically, they are known for strong presence in cybersecurity product distribution (large portion of product portfolio), partnerships with major vendors, and providing value-add services (training, enablement, channel programs).
The Product Manager will take ownership of a designated product portfolio in networking, security, or collaboration solutions, driving its growth and profitability by defining strategy, managing vendor relationships, and enabling partners to succeed in the market, as well as executing a strategy to maximize value and competitive marketing positioning while ensuring profitability. This role involves achieving revenue and margin goals, developing product positioning, managing incentive programs, and providing insights through forecasting and market analysis.
The Product Manager will act as a bridge between vendors, partners, and internal sales teams, ensuring that the product remains competitive and aligned with both global and local market trends while supporting its overall go-to-market strategy, and responsible for overseeing all components of its product or third-party integrations throughout the entire product lifecycle – from inception to retirement.
