About the role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Customer Service professional to join our team at PT Concentrix Services Indonesia in Surakarta, Central Java. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving skills. This is a full-time position with only two shifts schedule.

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via Live chat in a timely and professional manner
  2. Providing accurate information and effective resolutions to customer issues
  3. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and ensuring accurate documentation
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
