Job Summary

We are looking for customer service professionals to join our ECS (Email, Chat, Social Media) team. This role focuses on providing responsive, accurate, and friendly customer support through non-voice channels including email, live chat, and social media platforms. You will play a key part in delivering excellent service and maintaining customer satisfaction.

  • Answering an Incoming chats and Respond to Email
  • Handle Customer Inquiries by Chats
  • Provide Customers about Product and Service Information
  • Identify and Escalate Priority Issues
  • Documenting All Information According to Standard Operating Procedures
  • Complete All Chat Logs
  • Updating customers profile into computer
  • Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service
  • Able to quickly locate user problems and provide solution
