A maritime recruitment company seeks a candidate for the role focused on planning and executing the recruitment process for vessel crew. Responsibilities include coordinating crew assignments, managing personnel documentation, and assessing crew performance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in related fields and at least 2 years of experience in Crewing or the Shipping Industry. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills are essential. Candidates must also be knowledgeable in maritime regulations and documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Port and Shipping Management, Psychology, or other relevant fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Crewing or Shipping Industry.
Good Knowledge of crew documentation and maritime regulations, Preferred knowledge of mandatory STCW certifications, Seafarer’s Employment T&C, MLC 2006.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Proper command of English, both written and spoken.
Planning and carrying out the recruitment process for vessel crew, including identifying and evaluating suitable candidates.
Coordinating crew assignments in accordance with operational requirements and ensuring compliance with applicable labour regulations.
Managing personnel administration processes, such as preparing employment contracts, renewing certificates, and handling related documentation.
Monitoring and assessing crew performance, as well as developing training and development plans to enhance their competencies.
