Description

As Corporate Strategy Manager, you will lead the development, execution, and alignment of corporate strategy across all divisions. You will facilitate quarterly performance reviews, manage strategic initiatives, and ensure the integration of strategic imperatives into operational planning. This role includes overseeing the Strategy Map and Balanced Scorecard processes, aligning strategy with budgeting and resource planning, and acting as an internal consultant to various business units. You will also coach internal teams, drive digital innovation, and ensure compliance with legal and operational standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and executing the corporate strategy management framework.
• Cascading strategic plans across divisions and aligning with financial, HR, and IT planning.
• Leading strategic reviews and proposing performance improvements.

Profile
