As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our corporate clients. Your role includes developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the company’s market presence.
We are looking for someone who is highly driven, target-oriented, and able to perform under pressure while consistently achieving daily objectives through structured client visits and engagement activities.

Jabodetabek, West Java, East Java, Sumatera area. Open to placement in Surabaya, Semarang, Bandung, or other designated locations as per company needs.
Candidate Criteria
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years of proven track record in Direct Sales and Marketing, preferably in a competitive, target-driven environment.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for certain market segments.
- Exceptional integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
- Target-oriented, resilient, and capable of navigating and overcoming various sales challenges.
- Positive attitude, high self-discipline, strong interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Physically and mentally healthy, with stamina to manage a dynamic work schedule.
- Maximum age of 35.
- Willingness to travel frequently for business, including inter-city and potentially overseas travel if needed.
- 2–3 years of experience in the sales managerial field.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer databases; identify potential clients through research, networking, and market analysis; systematically build and update the database.
- Segment the database to tailor marketing strategies and sales approaches effectively.
- Boost company sales and revenue by actively promoting products or services, executing strategic sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and suggest improvements to offerings or strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to support sales campaigns and ensure client satisfaction.
- Plan and execute daily client visits (new and existing). Present company products or services persuasively, addressing client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collect feedback during visits and report insights for continuous service and product improvement.
- Ensure consistent post-visit follow-up to maintain engagement and facilitate the sales cycle.
