Job description

Carrying out financing, project guarantee, and insurance business activities, including planning, implementation, and business development in the agricultural industry sector, as an effort to achieve LPEI’s business targets.

Job Description:

Preparing proposed target markets and identifying potential customers within the managed industry sector.

Conducting marketing activities for LPEI’s products to (prospective) customers.

Analyzing and formulating proposed marketing strategies to be implemented as part of efforts to achieve the division’s business targets.

Building and maintaining good relationships with customers.

Conducting feasibility analysis on business proposals within the managed industry sector, to be reviewed by the reviewer.

Analyzing credit ratings for (prospective) customers in the managed industry sector.

Monitoring customers’ business activities, fulfillment of obligations, and facility requirements, including taking preventive actions in case of declining business performance or activities.

Analyzing and preparing proposed financing collectability assessments and objective evidence of financing, including the calculation of individual impairment (CKPN), and maintaining financing collectability in coordination with related work units.

Ensuring the achievement of individual targets.

Ensuring all operational activities comply with applicable good corporate governance principles.

Following up on audit recommendations.

Performing other duties as required by the institution and/or instructed by superiors.

Job Requirements:

Minimum graduate from any reputable university. Post-graduation will be an added advantage.

Minimum 2 years of experience in banking and/or financial institutions.

Certificate of Risk Management and/or Brevet Credit will be a plus point.

Possess good knowledge and understanding of:

• Banking or financial institution products and business operations
• Corporate finance
• Financial analysis
• Strategic planning / strategic management
