Responsibilities
  • Strategic Communication & Branding: Develop and lead integrated communication strategies across all platforms.
  • Advisor to executives: Act as a key advisor to top executives on public messaging and reputation management.
  • Media relations: Build and maintain strong media relations and act as company spokesperson when needed.
  • Sustainability Communication: Craft and communicate ESG and CSR initiatives in line with Meratus long-term sustainability goals.
  • Transparency and credibility: Ensure transparency and credibility in communicating Meratus environmental and social commitments.
  • Crisis Communication & Risk Management: Lead proactive and reactive communication during crises to protect brand reputation. Develop response protocols, dashboards, and communication workflows.
  • Team Leadership & Process Optimization: Mentor and coach a growing team of communicators. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and workflows (P3W framework). Drive automation and digitalization of communication tools and platforms.
  • Culture & Values Champion: Embed and promote Meratus corporate values within communication strategies and internal campaigns.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communication or sustainability roles.
  • Proven ability to lead high-impact communication initiatives and manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong in branding, media handling, sustainability messaging, and digital content strategy.
  • Excellent in stakeholder influence, public speaking, and executive communication.
