Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline. Demonstrated expertise in human resource and financial management within a household or property operations context. Solid experience in overseeing property operations, including maintenance, security, and safety compliance. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a strong focus on discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall operations of the mansion to ensure the highest standards of upkeep, cleanliness, and functionality.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of household personnel, including housekeeping, gardening, and security teams, to maintain service excellence.
- Administer and monitor all financial aspects of the property, including payroll, operational budgets, and maintenance expenditures.
- Schedule and oversee routine inspections, maintenance, and necessary repairs to ensure the property remains in optimal condition.
- Design and implement comprehensive security protocols to safeguard the property, residents, and guests against potential risks.
- Establish and enforce health and safety procedures in compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage events hosted at the property, including private functions, corporate engagements, and other special occasions.
- Oversee daily household logistics, including task coordination, activity planning, and liaison with external service providers.
- Serve as the principal contact for vendors, contractors, and third-party service providers, ensuring quality standards and contractual compliance.
