Job Description:

  • Ensure all contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including service agreements, purchase agreements, and partnership agreements.
  • Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on contract status, compliance, and risk management activities.
Job Requirements:
  • Min 10 years of experience in Government construction projects.
  • Min 10 years of experience in Contract Administration, Legal, and Risk Management.
  • Holds a Certification in Risk Management (CRMP) or equivalent.
  • Has an educational background in law/construction law.
  • Understands legal policies related to construction and procurement as well as applicable regulations in Indonesia.
