Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, process, and submit permit applications to relevant government agencies.
• Track expiration dates and ensure timely renewals of permits and licenses.
• Facilitate the timely processing and renewal of business permits, licenses, and other regulatory documents.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve issues or delays in the permitting process.
• Maintain accurate records of all permits, licenses, certifications, and compliance documents.
• Ensure documentation is consistently updated, organised, and readily available.
• Support the Permitting and Approval Lead with reports and documentation as needed.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years' experience in permitting and licensing, with strong regulatory knowledge.
• Proven track record in managing permits and licenses for large-scale projects.
• Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented professional.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferably available to start immediately.
