Job Description

• Develop data-driven strategies to grow transaction volume and users with better unit economics through growth experimentation, new feature development, campaign management, crafting merchant acquisition strategy, and competitor analysis.
• Identify and execute new revenue stream opportunities, including research, market analysis, financial modeling, pricing strategy, promotion plan, and implementation planning.
• Produce competitor analysis reports for the management, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
• Proactively initiate ideas through collaborating with Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to reach overall team goals.

Requirements

• Preferably 1-3 years of working experience in Growth, Demand Management, Strategy & Planning, Business Analyst, Marketing Analyst or similar role experience in the Payments Industry would a plus
• Must be fluent in Microsoft Excel and have fundamental knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL)
• Strong financial modeling, analytical skill, and business acumen, comfortable with numbers
• Good communication skills and leadership skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude
