As our digital and affiliate ecosystem expands, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Affiliate Intern who is organized, proactive, and excited to contribute to the growth of our affiliate program.

About the Position

As a Community Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in shaping how Gently engages and grows its community both online and offline. You will design experiences that strengthen connection, build trust, and drive advocacy across our portfolio of brands. This role sits at the intersection of brand marketing, partnerships, and consumer insights, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with people, culture, and real consumer stories.

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in community development, community marketing, event management, partnerships, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with diverse community groups.
  • Experience managing online community platforms and executing grassroots or activation programs.
  • Event planning, coordination, and partnership negotiation experience is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Creative, proactive, and resourceful with hands-on execution skills.
  • Passionate about consumer communities, brand-building, and creating meaningful experiences.
What You Will Do
  • Develop and execute community marketing strategies for multiple brands within Gently’s portfolio.
  • Manage consumer communities across online platforms (social media, messaging groups, community platforms) and offline channels (events, gatherings, workshops, brand activations).
  • Plan and execute community activations and partnerships including parenting events, beauty workshops, sampling initiatives, and multi-brand collaborations.
  • Serve as the main liaison between brand teams and communities to nurture long-term relationships and advocacy.
  • Build and maintain a community activity calendar, ensuring timely execution and alignment with brand objectives and budget.
  • Monitor community performance metrics (engagement, growth, participation rate), and compile reports and insights to optimize future programs.
  • Identify consumer trends, needs, and insights from community conversations to support brand strategy, campaigns, and product development.
  • Support partnership scouting and relationship-building with relevant organizations, micro-communities, KOL/KOC groups, and event partners.
