Overview

To perform in managing non marine claims (property, engineering, and liability) processes from beginning through to settlement. Ensure that all insurance claims process are treated efficiently, comply with all applicable regulations in accordance with SLA and company policy.

Responsibilities
  • Manage non marine claims (property, engineering, and liability) from initial filing through to settlement.
  • Ensure claims are processed efficiently and in compliance with applicable regulations, SLA, and company policy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in claims processing at a general insurance company, especially in Marine Claims.
  • AAAIK qualification or other relevant professional qualifications are advantages.
  • Strong technical knowledge in Property & Casualty (PnC), with analytical and conceptual thinking.
  • Good analytical thinking and problem solving.
  • Achievement orientation and a focus on customer service.
  • Good English, verbal and written communication.
  • High level of integrity and dependability.
