Job summary

A leading textile manufacturing company is seeking a Civil Engineering Team Leader to oversee the factory construction projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in civil projects, strong skills in project management, and proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp. Responsibilities include leading the engineering team, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets, and reporting on project progress. This is a full-time position located in Purwakarta, Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in civil projects.
• Able to update weekly issue trackers.
• Able to coordinate with multiple departments and vendors.

Responsibilities

Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead the civil engineering team in the design and execution of the factory construction
• Ensure that construction activities are in line with the project schedule and budget
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholder to ensure project milestone are met
• Oversee the preparation of detailed workplans and schedules, ensuring all activities are planned in an orderly, cost-effective manner
• Monitoring and report on progress of the projects, identifying any risk or issues and providing timely solutions

Qualifications

• University Graduate
• 3 years of experience in civil projects
• Able to update weekly issue trackers
• Have experience with structural calculations
• Able to coordinate with multiple dept and vendors to ensure a smooth execution of projects
• Able to do price checking for the materials and projects
• Accustomed to using AutoCAD, SketchUp
