Job description

Support the Cinema Manager in overseeing day-to-day cinema operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide Cinema Crew in their daily duties to maintain excellent guest service and operational flow.
• Assist in preparing work schedules and ensure the team is properly staffed and trained.
• Monitor cinema cleanliness, safety, and maintenance across all areas including the lobby, auditoriums, restrooms, and offices.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company operational standards at all times.
• Assist in the execution of in-cinema promotions, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Provide hands‑on support during peak hours and handle guest feedback or complaints professionally.
• Assist in monitoring daily sales, inventory usage, and reporting to the Cinema Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university, majoring in: Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Tourism, Management, or Accounting.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or quick‑service restaurant operations is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in leading large teams of more than 10 members within a complex and dynamic operational environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Good understanding and practical knowledge of Profit & Loss (P&L) management.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high‑quality service.
• Good proficiency in English – both written and spoken.
