With its core team headquartered in Bali, the company blends startup agility with institutional-grade expectations.

The Chief Marketing & Revenue Officer (CMRO) is a key member of the executive team, responsible for developing and executing the company’s global go-to-market and revenue strategy. You will lead the marketing, sales, and growth functions across the entire ecosystem aligning brand, messaging, sales execution, and customer success into a high-performing commercial engine. This role requires deep experience in both B2B and B2C marketing, a strategic mindset, and a strong grasp of financial industry client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and drive a unified growth strategy across multiple fintech product lines (custom services, SaaS, B2C apps).
  • Build and lead a sales function targeting institutional clients such as hedge funds, brokers, and financial service providers.
  • Forecast revenue, manage pipelines, and establish KPIs that align across business units.
  • Personally lead enterprise-level deals, including long-cycle negotiations with strategic accounts.
  • Develop a premium global brand identity and positioning across both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Execute full-funnel marketing strategies, from awareness to conversion, covering digital, content, performance, and brand campaigns.
  • Create compelling, narrative-driven collateral and campaigns that communicate the value of complex financial technology solutions.
  • Lead product marketing initiatives for both new and existing launches.
  • Develop and manage relationships with high-value institutional clients, partners, and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the CEO on investor-facing materials and fundraising strategy when marketing overlaps with capital development.
  • Drive initiatives for channel partnerships, co-branded integrations, and licensing deals with key players in the finance ecosystem.
  • Minimum 5 years in a leadership role as a CRO, CMO, VP of Sales/Marketing in fintech, SaaS, or a financial services-oriented company.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and scaling integrated sales and marketing teams.
  • Expertise in both B2B enterprise sales and B2C product marketing, preferably in a tech or finance environment.
  • Proven track record in negotiating large, complex institutional deals.
  • Strategic thinker with operational execution chops and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in or relocating to Bali is preferred.
  • A competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Work visa sponsorship for the successful candidate.
  • The opportunity to live and work in one of the world's most desirable locations.
  • A pivotal role in the growth and success of a dynamic agency.
  • Profit sharing
  • A collaborative and supportive work environment where your ideas are valued.
  • The chance to work with a diverse range of exciting clients in the financial services industry.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
