Job summary

Sebuah restoran steak baru di Bali mencari Chef De Partie untuk bergabung dengan tim mereka. We are an exciting "The Big Meat" new steakhouse restaurant preparing for our opening in Pererenan, and we’re looking for talented individuals to join our team. We are currently hiring for the Chef De Partie position, which will play a key role in building a positive work culture and supporting our restaurant operations.

Qualifications :
  • Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK), preferably Culinary Arts or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the kitchen, with at least 1 year as a Chef De Partie or Senior Commis.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and station management (hot kitchen, grill, sauté, pantry, etc.).
  • Able to prepare, cook, and present dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation standards.
  • Able to lead, guide, and train Commis Chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Capable of managing daily mise en place, stock control, and minimizing food waste.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment under pressure.
  • Strong teamwork, leadership skills, and a positive work attitude.
  • Willing to work on shift schedules, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Honest, disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented.
