We are expanding our team and looking for motivated Business Partnership (Sales Representatives) to drive growth and strengthen our connection with the agricultural community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scout and engage potential customers in your area, understanding their needs and matching them with the right solutions.
  • Offer expert guidance on John Deere products, demonstrating their benefits and conducting presentations and product demos.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to offer valuable insights and refine sales approaches.
  • Work with internal teams (Service, Marketing, Finance) to deliver exceptional service and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and providing outstanding service.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years in sales, preferably within the agriculture or heavy equipment industry.
  • Flexible to travel within your region to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and understand their needs.
  • Familiarity with agricultural equipment and farming practices is a plus.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-starter who can manage their schedule and territory effectively.
  • Has a type A or C driving license; own vehicle is a plus
  • Preferably a local resident.
