Job description

Job Responsibilities:

Record daily company transactions in the Guangjiapo system, including warehouse in/out orders, purchase orders, payment slips, etc.

Draft and establish company rules and regulations as needed.

Serve as a bridge between the China headquarters and the Indonesian office, maintaining communication with HQ personnel.

Verify the accuracy and compliance of documents with the import freight forwarder when handling imported goods.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Management or Finance.

Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

Skills & Knowledge: Familiarity with national financial and tax laws, regulations, and policies.

Personal Qualities: Honest, trustworthy, with strong professional ethics and integrity.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: 10-15 million IDR, negotiable based on experience and skills.
