Job Description

• Data handling and analysis, such as creating data modeling, data visualization (graphs, tables, charts) and data cleaning to ensure accuracy and consistency of data within the datamart.
• Lead data-centric projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with several stakeholders across teams to integrate data insights into business processes, create efforts toward key outcomes such as user growth, revenue increment, and order increment while adapting to evolving business directions.
• Construct and maintain both key performance reports and detailed analytical reviews to monitor the effectiveness of Mitra Shopee's operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and above in Computer Science/Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Statistics or other related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in e-commerce is preferable
• Strong ability to utilize SQL for complex data querying and analysis.
• Familiarity working with BI tools (e.g Tableau, Tableau Prep, PowerBI, Looker) strongly preferred
• Strong executional abilities and cross-functional stakeholder management
• High attention to detail and strongly meticulous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace platform (Google Meet, Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides)
• Strong work ethics and performance-driven
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal format in English
• Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced and iterative environment
• Ability to be innovative strategically and operationally
