Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from various sources such as databases, spreadsheets, and data warehouses.


• Develop and maintain databases, data systems, dashboards, and reports to aid in data analysis and decision-making.


• Create and present reports, visualizations, and dashboards to support strategic and operational decision-making.


• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to assist in identifying business opportunities and risks.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.


• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability through regular data quality assessments and cleansing activities.


• Identify and address data inconsistencies and anomalies.


• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and data mining to answer business questions and solve problems.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of professional experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, or a similar role.


• Demonstrable skills in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.


• A strong ability to think critically, identifying problems, analyze complex data sets, and translate them into actionable business insights.


• A solid understanding of fundamental business processes and the ability to apply this knowledge to data analysis.


• A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• A natural curiosity and a desire to ask tough questions to uncover the "why" behind the data.


• The ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.


• A commitment to accuracy and a meticulous approach to data analysis and reporting.


• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.


• Has experience with data visualization tools, e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Zoho, to build intuitive dashboards.


• Has knowledge in performance marketing analytics would be preferred.
