Job Description
- Perform the entire cycle of a business development process from lead generation, pitching, business proposal drafting, contract signing and customer relationship maintenance.
- Target‑oriented, responsible for personal and team targets.
- Fully understand and be familiar with the company’s full scope of services and businesses, strategize and customize service solutions offering to clients based on client needs and market insights.
- Keep industry and market insights updated; work closely with related departments to develop brand/business development strategies for clients.
- Problem‑solver, cooperate with internal departments and external parties to fulfill client requirements.
- Work closely with internal functions to ensure directions are aligned with capabilities and follow up with other internal teams such as operations, finance, sales, and tech to meet client expectations.
- Manage relationships with existing clients, maintain close partnership and strive for new business opportunities.
- Manage relationships with e‑commerce partners to explore potential business opportunities and strategic collaboration.
- Keep client database updated, including cold calls for new business leads.
- Acquire market intelligence and critical commercial knowledge to assist sales team and commercial partners in achieving business objectives.
- Perform any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Sales/Business Development experience, maximum 3 years.
- Have a cross‑border background and be familiar with e‑commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee); e‑commerce industry experience is preferable.
- Passionate about e‑commerce, with experience in an enabler or relevant role.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Required languages: Thai, English (Chinese is a plus).
- In‑depth understanding of the e‑commerce industry.
- Ability to innovate, develop new strategies, and drive creativity and innovation.
- Ability to adapt and possess excellent relationship‑building skills.
- Excellent ability to prioritize and communicate in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong ability to deliver exceptional results while working on several projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communicator and negotiator.
