About this Position:

This is an Entrepreneurship Program of Sales/BD with Prudential. It is a program to turn good employees into Entrepreneurs. It is a full-time position with flexible working and building your own business with full support and mentoring from the team, along with training sessions provided by them to make you an Entrepreneur.

Work Location: DKI JAKARTA ONLY

Responsibilities:

  • Actively approach and engage potential customers to promote insurance or banking products.
  • Present and explain product benefits clearly and persuasively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Work towards sales targets and achieve monthly/quarterly closing goals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
