• Digital Marketing and social media.
• Identify market trends and how to be successful in new market segments and constantly gain market share in existing markets.
• Continuous Quality Improvement to better serve our villa owners and guests staying with us.
• Internal work flow and work with IT on system and website improvements.
• Tasks will be assigned by the Director, but the person should be capable of identifying tasks that need to be done and get approval from the Director.
