Business Development Manager PT ATEN Technology Indonesia Branch of ATEN International Co. Ltd.
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand market presence for ATEN's comprehensive portfolio of IT infrastructure and Professional Audio-Visual (ProAV) solutions in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Development & Research: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential growth areas for ATEN IT infrastructure and ProAV solutions
- Sales & Customer Acquisition: Actively prospect and engage potential customers, presenting ATEN's technology solutions including KVM switches, display connectivity, data center infrastructure, and professional AV products. Drive sales conversations through to successful deal closure
- Strategic Partnership Management: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including system integrators, resellers, distributors, and end-users to establish ATEN as the preferred technology partner
- Customer Success & Support: Provide timely, professional responses to customer inquiries. Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle and beyond
- Proposal Development: Create compelling business proposals and technical presentations tailored to customer needs, showcasing ATEN's value proposition for both existing and prospective clients
- Industry Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of ATEN's product portfolio, competitive landscape, industry trends, and market dynamics in IT infrastructure and ProAV sectors
- Market Intelligence: Provide regular feedback on market conditions, competitor activities, channel performance, and customer insights to inform strategic business decisions
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management roles
- Proven track record selling ATEN IT infrastructure or ProAV products/solutions preferred
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, KVM technology, display connectivity, or Professional AV markets
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Excellent project management and organizational capabilities
- Outstanding problem-solving, networking, and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout Indonesia
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically
Preferred:
- Experience with channel partner management
- Technical background in IT or AV systems
- Existing relationships within Indonesia's IT/AV industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
