A medical device distributor based in Jakarta is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth through building relationships with plastic surgeons and clinic teams. This role involves managing the full deal cycle, conducting market intelligence, and supporting events. Candidates should be organized, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and comfortable with fieldwork. We work closely with leading clinics (and increasingly hospitals) across Indonesia to support better patient outcomes through reliable supply, training, and high-touch service.
As a Business Development Executive, you will drive growth by building strong relationships with plastic surgeons and clinic teams, creating opportunities, and converting them into consistent orders. This role is field-focused (clinic visits), relationship-heavy, and requires excellent follow-through.
Own the full deal cycle: prospect → outreach → meeting → follow-up → convert opportunities into orders.
Build relationships with doctors and clinic teams (plastic surgeons, clinic managers, nurses, coordinators).
Pipeline management: book meetings, keep CRM/spreadsheet clean, and maintain clear next steps for every account.
Product & clinical support: handle product questions, coordinate training/support with internal team, and ensure fast responses.
Coordinate delivery & documentation: align orders, payment status, delivery timing, and delivery order sign-offs.
Support events & marketing execution: invitations, attendance, on-site support, post-event follow‑up, and distributing materials.
Market intelligence: report competitor activity, pricing signals, and clinic feedback to improve strategy.
Weekly reporting: activity, pipeline, wins/losses, and key blockers.
Experience in business development / client-facing commercial roles is a plus (medical devices / aesthetics / pharma / premium B2B preferred), but high‑potential fast learners are welcome.
Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken + written).
Comfortable with field-based work (clinic visits) and professional follow-ups.
Organized and self-driven: you can manage multiple accounts, tasks, and deadlines.

Experience selling premium products (value-based selling, not discount-based selling).
