About the role

Join our dynamic team at Sunway Trek Masindo as a Business Development Executive Sunflex Store. In this full-time role based in Tangerang Banten, you will play a crucial part in driving new business opportunities and expanding our client base. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on growth prospects that align with the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively identify and pursue new business leads through prospecting, networking, and leveraging your industry connections
• Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our products and services
• Negotiate and close sales agreements that meet or exceed revenue targets
• Maintain a detailed Sunflex Store of sales opportunities and provide regular updates on progress
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation campaigns
• Continuously research the market, competitors, and industry trends to identify new business opportunities
• Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients throughout the sales process

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a new business development or sales role, preferably in the Business Development Sales Engineer industry
• Demonstrated success in identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with decision-makers
