Established in Jakarta in 2023, PT Delonix Group Indonesia is a subsidiary of Delonix Group – China, a global investment and tourism group.

Delonix Group focuses on offline consumer sectors such as hotels, restaurants, and airport lounges, managing over 1,600 properties and 245,000+ rooms worldwide.

As part of our rapid expansion in Indonesia, we are looking for a passionate and energetic Business Development professional to help identify and develop new property opportunities for hotel expansion projects.

About the Role

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys being on the move, exploring new areas, and spotting opportunities others might overlook.

Your main goal is to find potential properties — whether existing hotels, commercial buildings, or houses — that can be developed or converted into new hotel projects.

We’re looking for someone who’s not afraid to get out there, survey not just one building but the entire surrounding area, and think creatively about what each site could become.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and recommend potential properties or land for hotel expansion (including existing hotels or convertible buildings).
• Conduct detailed site and area surveys to assess potential, accessibility, and neighborhood dynamics.
• Evaluate property suitability for conversion into hospitality assets based on market demand, zoning, and financial viability.
• Build and maintain a strong network with property owners, brokers, and local authorities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess the business and operational feasibility of each opportunity.
• Prepare clear and compelling business proposals, reports, and presentations.
• Stay updated on market trends, local developments, and real estate regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business development, property acquisition, or site scouting (hospitality or real estate experience preferred).
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus.
• Strong field orientation — enjoys being on-site, conducting surveys, and engaging directly with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical thinking skills.
• Highly energetic, proactive, and resilient — someone who stays motivated and positive even in challenging situations.
• Able to multitask, work independently, and manage projects with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel frequently and explore new areas across Indonesia.
