Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Facility Management, Property Management, or Building Operations.
• Hands-on understanding of MEP systems and building maintenance processes.
• Experience leading operational teams or supervising service vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day building operations, including engineering, housekeeping, security, and general services.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is executed according to SOP and schedule.
• Oversee vendor coordination, service delivery, and contract compliance.
• Conduct regular building inspections and monitor asset conditions.
• Prepare operational reports, incident summaries, and improvement recommendations.
• Handle tenant/client operational requests professionally and in a timely manner.
• Support implementation of HSE standards within the building environment.
