We’re looking for a Brand Marketing who can blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution—someone who can help craft our brand story, steer the direction of our content, and create offline experiences that connect deeply with parents and the community.
What You’ll Do
1. Brand Marketing
- Support the development and execution of brand strategies that build awareness, trust, and emotional connection with parents.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communications and touchpoints—digital, print, in-school, and events.
- Conduct market research and parent feedback surveys to inform brand positioning and messaging.
- Track brand health metrics (awareness, preference, satisfaction) and recommend improvements.
2. Content Direction & Production
- Steer creative direction for Sparks’ content across channels: social media, website, newsletters, and brochures.
- Work with educators, photographers, designers, and videographers to produce authentic, engaging stories from our classrooms.
- Manage content calendars to ensure timely, relevant, and impactful storytelling.
- Review creative outputs to ensure alignment with Sparks’ tone, warmth, and visual identity.
3. Offline Event Coordination
- Plan and execute open houses, school events, and community activations that reflect Sparks’ values.
- Oversee event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution to ensure flawless experiences.
- Collaborate with academic and operations teams to integrate events into broader marketing campaigns.
- Measure event success through KPIs such as attendance, parent engagement, and post-event inquiries.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 3-6 years in brand marketing, event coordination, or content production—experience in education, lifestyle, or family-focused brands a plus.
- Strong understanding of brand storytelling and consumer (parent) psychology.
- Creative eye with an appreciation for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and report impact.
- Collaborative spirit—able to work seamlessly across creative, academic, and operational teams.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or photography/videography basics.
