The Company

Our client is a fast-growing retail company specializing in mother and baby products, managing multiple well-known brands. Since its establishment in 2015, they have distributed its products across Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Taiwan through both offline and online channels. Their flagship brand, has received multiple awards — including Best Hipseat Carrier, Best Breast Pump, and Best Milk Storage Bag — strengthening its reputation as a trusted player in the mother-and-baby category.

The Role

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing brand strategies, visibilities, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.

Responsibilities
  • Create and implement effective end-to-end marketing strategies to help business achieve the goals and objectives.
  • Determine brand positioning in the market and formulate effective strategies to ensure consistent brand representation.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand customer behavior, emerging trends and opportunities for a brand growth.
  • Leverage social media platforms and digital marketing channels by producing engaging creative content to attract targeted audiences.
  • Shape the brand’s point of view to their customer through effective PR strategies.
  • Grow strong relationships with KOL to increase brand visibility.
  • Ensure consistency in brand representation across all channels, including visual elements, brand messaging, and brand perception.
  • Create a go to market strategy that includes timeline, budgeting, and campaign plan.
  • Manage, monitor, and create reports on the marketing budget, optimize budget for maximum impact on brand campaigns.
  • Analyze brand performance through metrics such as brand awareness, customer preference, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analysis; track and report on traffic, CAC, MQLs, conversion rates, attribution and pipeline growth.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution and brand activations activity at Expo or events.
  • Work with Channel Sales Head to achieve sales target.

Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing or related field.
At least 3-5 years as a Brand Manager in Retail/FMCG industry (Mom and Baby will be a plus point).
Strong data driven-decision making skills and analytical skills.
Strong passion for branding and an understanding of how impactful branding can drive business success.
Leadership qualities and an agile player.
Proficiency in conducting market research.
Outstanding communication skills, creative and strategic thinking.
Must be proficient in English both written and verbal.
Expertise in B2C social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and related digital marketing channels.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willing to WFO in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.
