A skincare brand in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Brand Manager to develop and implement brand strategies that align with market trends and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in brand management with a strong understanding of skincare and digital marketing. Excellent communication and project management skills are essential for success in this role.
Responsible for building and managing skincare brand’s image, identity, and market presence. This role develops and executes brand strategies that drive awareness, customer loyalty, and business growth—while staying aligned with evolving beauty trends and consumer needs in the skincare industry.
Develop and implement short-term and long-term brand strategies for skincare products.
Define and maintain strong, differentiated brand positioning. Ensure consistent brand voice and visuals across all channels (social media, retail, in-clinic).
Plan and manage go-to-market strategies for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand activations.
Manage sales activities across both online and offline channels.
Handle product registration, brand licensing, and other legal or regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, and offline sales channels to ensure smooth operations.
Research skincare trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
Analyze customer feedback and market data to refine branding and messaging.
Oversee content and visual direction across digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, e-commerce, website).
Collaborate with influencers and KOLs for brand partnerships.
Monitor brand KPIs, campaign results, and customer engagement metrics.
Prepare regular performance reports with clear, actionable insights.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in skincare, cosmetics, or beauty.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Deep understanding of skincare trends, ingredients, and consumer behavior.
Experienced with digital marketing, social media branding, and influencer marketing.
Has the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into clear, actionable reports.
Creative, passionate about beauty and skincare, with a strong aesthetic sense.
Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience with both premium and mass skincare brands is a plus.
Proficiency in English is required; Korean language ability is a strong plus.
