We are seeking a creative and detail-orientedMarketing Communications & Event Coordinatorto join our growing beauty/skincare brand. This role is responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing brand communications, and coordinating brand events and activations that engage our audience and drive awareness, loyalty, and sales.

The ideal candidate is passionate about the beauty industry, up-to‑date with the latest trends, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, press releases, email campaigns, and digital content.
  • Manage social media accounts in collaboration with the digital team, ensuring brand voice consistency.
  • Support marketing efforts, including outreach, briefing, and campaign tracking.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of internal newsletters and promotional content.
  • Plan and execute brand events, pop‑ups, product launches, and collaborations.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, including venue booking, vendor management, staffing, and promotional materials.
  • Manage guest lists, RSVP processes, and on‑site experience to ensure impactful brand presence.
  • Collaborate with PR and partnerships teams for co‑branded events and influencer attendance.
  • Track event performance and generate post‑event reports.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing communications or event coordination, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Trello, or equivalents).
  • Familiarity with social media trends and platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
