About the Client

Our client is a healthcare technology company. They were established in 2015 in Jakarta, Indonesia and has raised a total funding of $57.5M over 3 rounds since their founding. They are present across Southeast Asia and Taiwan.

About the Role

We're looking for a hardcore Business Development professional to drive revenue and growth through digital solutions for external consumer pharma clients. You will build and sell doctor-led influencer and patient education programs that power both consumer engagement and Rx support, positioning doctors as trusted voices in health campaigns.

This is not a coordination or execution role - this is business-first, revenue-led, full ownership. You will hunt, pitch, close, and scale. Our client needs a hunter, not a farmer.

This position reports to the Country Head.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development for external consumer pharma brands, selling digital solutions, campaigns, and engagement formats
  • Build and scale doctor-led influencer programs for pharma clients to drive patient awareness and education (consumer + Rx)
  • Identify revenue opportunities across OTC, wellness, and prescription categories
  • Work with marketing, content, and ops teams to craft commercially compelling proposals
  • Build strong client relationships with marketing leads, brand managers, and decision-makers in pharma
  • Deliver revenue targets through strategic hunting and deep client understanding
  • Continuously refine packaging, pricing, and positioning of our digital offerings to maximize growth

Key Requirements

  • 3-6 years of hardcore BD or sales experience in media, healthcare marketing, influencer platforms, or consumer brands
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing in pharma especially consumer campaigns and patient education
  • Solid grasp of the doctor and KOL ecosystem
  • Well-versed in how media agencies operate and how to engage them for brand campaigns
  • Sharp pitch skills, hustle mindset, and deep ownership attitude
  • Ability to move fast, build scalable offerings, and influence internal teams to execute well
