Ayom Java Village Solo is a compound sustainable villa that provides authentic and comfortable experiences, inspired by Javanese karawitan philosophy. We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team and help us grow further.

Responsibilities

• Progress multiple ongoing projects and respond to ad-hoc requests that require a quick turnaround, as is the nature of brand building and PR.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop briefs, provide regular progress updates, and manage expectations.
• Communicate ideas clearly and work within an open and honest team culture.

Qualifications

• Strong competence in Adobe Creative Cloud software, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDraw.
• Experience in a graphic design role, with a portfolio of work to demonstrate.
• Experience and keen interest in typography and layouts.
• Experience in exporting artwork for different mediums, including web and print.
• Ability to take instruction well and understand a brief; ability to take feedback and implement amends in a timely fashion.
• An enthusiastic and outgoing personality, with the ability to articulate ideas.
• Ability to learn quickly and seek support when needed.
• Working knowledge of MS Office software and platform.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Desirable

• Photography and videography experience is a big plus.
• Interest in brand identity theory.
• Interest in trends.
