Job description

This role is responsible for managing and optimizing automated production lines in a consumer electronics manufacturing environment, leading engineering teams, ensuring equipment reliability, and improving production efficiency and quality. Mandarin proficiency is mandatory, as the role requires direct coordination with management and related teams.

岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities

• 1. 全面负责自动化生产线的运营与管理
• 1.1 领导团队负责十条自动化生产线的日常维护、点检、调试与优化，确保设备稳定、高效运行。The leadership team is responsible for the daily maintenance, inspection, commissioning and optimization of ten automated production lines to ensure the stable and efficient operation of the equipment.
• 1.2 制定并执行设备的预防性维护和保养计划，降低设备故障率（MTTR）和提高平均无故障时间（MTBF）。Formulate and implement preventive maintenance and upkeep plans for equipment to reduce the equipment failure rate (MTTR) and increase the mean time between failures (MTBF).
• 1.3 快速响应并解决生产线出现的重大技术故障，保障生产计划的顺利执行。Respond quickly to and resolve major technical malfunctions that occur on the production line to ensure the smooth implementation of the production plan.
• 2. 精通制程工艺与持续改善 Proficient in manufacturing processes and continuous improvement：
• 2.1 深入理解手机组装、测试、包装等关键制程工艺，能将设备性能与产品质量要求紧密结合。With an in-depth understanding of key manufacturing processes such as mobile phone assembly, testing, and packaging, one can closely integrate the performance of the equipment with the quality requirements of the products.
• 2.2 主导生产制程的优化与创新，通过设备参数调整、流程再造等方式，持续提升产品直通率（FPY）与生产效率（OEE）。Lead the optimization and innovation of the production process, and continuously improve the product first-pass rate (FPY) and production efficiency (OEE) through equipment parameter adjustment, process reengineering and other means.
• 2.3 协同质量部门，分析并解决生产过程中的质量异常，从自动化角度提出根本性解决方案。Collaborate with the quality department to analyze and address quality anomalies in the production process, and propose fundamental solutions from an automation perspective.
• 3. 卓越的团队领导与目标管理 Outstanding team leadership and goal management：
• 3.1 负责自动化团队的搭建、培训、激励与日常管理 Be responsible for the establishment, training, motivation and daily management of the automation team。
• 3.2 合理分配工作任务，确保团队目标与公司生产目标（如产能、效率、成本、质量）高度一致。Allocate work tasks reasonably to ensure that the team's goals are highly consistent with the company's production goals (such as production capacity, efficiency, cost, and quality).

岗位要求 / Job Requirements

• 1. 学历与专业 Education and Major：本科及以上学历，机械工程、自动化、电气工程、工业工程等相关专业。Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, automation, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or related fields
• 2. 工作经验 Work experience：
• 2.1 至少5年在大型制造企业（消费电子、汽车、精密仪器等行业优先）的自动化设备管理经验。
• 2.2 必须具备3年以上团队管理经验，有带领10人以上技术团队的成功经历。
• 2.3 拥有手机或消费电子产品自动化组装、测试线体管理经验者将获得优先考虑。
• 3. 核心技术能力 Core technical capabilities：
• 3.1 深厚制程功底：深刻理解自动化生产与产品制程的关联，能精准诊断并解决设备与工艺结合部的复杂问题。
