Job Descriptions
  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and luxury retail standards.
  • Perform and manage product authentication, quality control, and basic servicing of luxury items.
  • Coordinate closely with Merchandising, Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.
  • Monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, inventory accuracy, and prepare regular reports.
  • Manage stock control, accessories inventory, packing, and delivery coordination.
  • Support in-store and digital sales (photos, livestreams, customer viewings) with professional product handling.
  • Guide and train junior team members; ensure consistent authentication and operational standards.
  • Handle high‑value items with discretion, strong risk awareness, and compliance with SOPs.
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP or inventory systems (SAP, Jurnal, Zoho, or similar).
Requirements
  • 1-2 years experiences in store operation, preferably in retail or FMCG industry.
  • Good notion in verbal and written Bahasa Indonesia. English is an asset.
