Job Description

  • Drive end-to-end marketing campaigns: plan, segment, design incentives, and launch
  • Manage daily marketing operations: voucher setup, in-app messages, landing pages, visuals, placements
  • Test, track, and optimize: run A/B experiments and report on performance and budgets
  • Monitor trends and competitors in PayLater/fintech; turn insights into actionable strategies
  • Support strategic initiatives and growth experiments with leadership across teams
  • Provide data-driven analysis and recommendations to product, marketing, and business development
  • Co-create promos and campaigns tailored to Core Product's (Flight, Hotel, Travel Activities, Buses and Trains, etc.) needs and customer behavior
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Finance, Data Analytics and Data Science, Core Product teams to ensure smooth execution of projects

Requirements

3-4 years of experience in marketing operations, partnerships, CRM, or business development (tech/fintech/BNPL/startups preferred).

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

Comfortable with campaign tools, CMS, or CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, landing page builders, etc.), or open to learning.

Capable in Excel / Google Sheet for data analyses, and in Google Slides / Docs for presentations.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination experience. Background in Product or Business in tech startups are preferred but not necessary.

Self-starter, comfortable operating in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats.
