Requirements
3-4 years of experience in marketing operations, partnerships, CRM, or business development (tech/fintech/BNPL/startups preferred).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Comfortable with campaign tools, CMS, or CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, landing page builders, etc.), or open to learning.
Capable in Excel / Google Sheet for data analyses, and in Google Slides / Docs for presentations.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination experience. Background in Product or Business in tech startups are preferred but not necessary.
Self-starter, comfortable operating in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats.
