Responsibilities
- 2nd line management responsibilities for a team of 6 team managers covering the entire EMEA region across our SMB segment
- Attract, hire, retain high performing talent with an aptitude to learn and grow
- Drive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Coach, manage and develop sellers with an emphasis on continuous learning and skill-gap improvement
- Develop processes that scale and drive consistent execution across the team
- Actively monitor sales pipeline, activity & forecasts to proactively adapt to changing conditions
- Report to Head of International Sales and work cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Ops, CS, and Marketing
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business by sharing insights, the root causes behind changes in KPI’s, the frequency and impact of these root causes and your recommendations to double down or course correct as needed
Requirements
- 10+ years of deep experience in building high performing Account Management teams in high-growth environments, ideally at a complex SaaS business
- 5+ years of experience of 2nd line team management in an international environment
- Strong interpersonal qualities, with a demonstrable track record of building trusted relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Robust analytical skills, with the ability to use data to identify opportunities to drive customer growth – both at the individual customer level and across larger cohorts
- Intellectual curiosity, both to learn our product and also to be able to truly understand the drivers of business performance in your customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
