Key Responsibilities
  • Manages and supervises the Accounts Payable & Account Receivable department (including team members)
  • Ensures that systems, policies, and procedures adhere to company policies while functioning with accuracy and timeliness
  • Ensures the AP and AR flow within the companys financial obligations are met efficiently
  • Will be in charge of data entry, validation, and processing of various types of invoices
  • Keeps track of the status of all transactions taking place within the company and external vendors
Role Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related majors
  • Min. 4 years of experience in AR & AP functions
  • Experience in handling AR & AP processes especially in retail industry
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Well planned, organized with keen attention to detail
