Overview

AYANA Komodo Resort is seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Assistant Reservation Manager to support the efficient operation of our Reservations Department while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist in leading, coaching, and supervising the Reservations Communication team to ensure consistent service quality, adherence to brand standards, and strong team performance.
  2. Assist in monitoring and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all reservation systems, hotel services, room rates, packages, and promotional offerings.
  3. Support the team in applying effective selling strategies, resolving guest complaints, and ensuring accurate input of data in PMS and other relevant systems.
  4. Work closely with the Front Office and Revenue teams to help optimize room occupancy and improve guest satisfaction scores.
  5. Assist in delivering training, preparing schedules, conducting daily briefings, and ensuring compliance with departmental procedures and service standards.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in a reservations leadership role in hospitality.
  • Proficient in PMS, PABX, and other hotel reservation systems.
  • Solid knowledge of sales techniques, yield management, and cost control.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
