Overview

Our client, a prominent contractor and investor with significant involvement in port facilities, real estate, power plants, and other transportation infrastructure, is currently seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and support for tasks related to tendering, such as coordinating, preparing, and compiling documents for tender submissions, including activities related to bidding, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications. Review all papers and pertinent documents prior to the submission of tenders.
• Offer assistance and support across all facets of market and business development.
• Ensure the prompt and efficient collection of data as required by the Marketing/Investment Manager.
• Generate impactful reports on marketing and business development, featuring market analysis, predictions, possibilities, etc.
• Craft effective presentations, meeting minutes, and project proposals based on communication with clients.
• Execute additional duties as directed by the Marketing/Investment Manager.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a civil engineering background with at least 3 years of experience.
• Very good command of spoken and written Mandarin (HSK certification holder) and English (equivalent to B2 level or above).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Hard-working and passionate about learning.
• Prompt response to clients and team members, and willingness to work overtime if required.
