Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, or Business Management.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or client relations — preferably in façade construction, aluminum and glass systems, or the building envelope industry.

Strong understanding of façade systems, materials, and construction processes.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term client and stakeholder relationships.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools; knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Canva, or Adobe Suite is an advantage.

Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share in the façade construction sector.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities related to façade projects (commercial, residential, and institutional buildings).
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, façade consultants, developers, and main contractors.
• Prepare, review, and present company profiles, capability statements, and technical proposals for tender submissions.
• Coordinate with engineering, estimation, and project teams to ensure technical and commercial accuracy in bids and proposals.
• Monitor and support ongoing façade projects to ensure client satisfaction, maintain communication with project teams, and identify potential opportunities for additional works or future collaboration.
• Manage and update marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, websites, and social media content.
• Support the organization and participation in industry exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist the Marketing Manager in reporting, budgeting, and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
