About the role

As an Assistant Manager Logistic Control, you will execute and monitor all inbound and outbound logistics, while conducting performance data analysis and courier incentive schemes to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-efficient delivery operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor all shipping and receiving activities to ensure full compliance with established SOPs and corporate regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding rate adjustments in accordance with contractual agreements and company SOPs.
• Execute the adjustment of supplier Distribution Center (DC) rate within the corporate system based on agreed-upon terms.
• Evaluate supplier invoices against agreed terms and develop a comprehensive database for invoice evaluation using data extracted from the system.
• Review and analyze all Goods Return (RG) SOPs to ensure they align with business requirements and corporate governance.
• Consolidate and ensure that all approved service contracts are properly documented and fulfilled according to organizational needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution management, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of logistics and distribution operations, including warehousing, inventory management, and transportation.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze data and implement effective solutions.
• Proficient in using logistics management software and data analysis tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in the logistics and distribution sector.
