Responsibilities:

• Deliver timely and accurate monthly financial reports, including sales profitability and performance analysis.
• Partner with business and finance teams to support monthly reporting, forecasting, and business reviews.
• Conduct variance analysis against forecast, budget, and prior year, with insights on volume, pricing, COGS, gross contribution, and overheads.
• Lead monthly forecasting at SKU and brand level, from topline to EBITDA.
• Support the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and long-range planning.
• Prepare insightful presentations highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making.
• Drive automation and process improvements in reporting and forecasting.
• Support statutory and group audits with accurate and timely financial data.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor 0s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A or other related Position (preferably in FMCG or similar industries).
• Experience in Commercial Finance is a Plus
• Proficiency in SAP is required; experience in product costing is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture.
• Advanced Excel and solid PowerPoint skills; experience with BI tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functions and levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
